Who we are
Jadewave Limited is an independent recruitment agency based in Wood Green, North London. We supply temporary, contract and permanent staff across four sectors: industrial & warehouse, healthcare & care, hospitality & catering, and office & professional.
We started with a simple frustration: agencies that treat candidates like commodities and clients like invoices. So we built the opposite — a consultancy where every candidate is interviewed by a human, every compliance file is complete before day one, and every client has a consultant's direct number.
Twelve years and thousands of placements later, most of our new business still comes the old-fashioned way: word of mouth.
