Questions, answered honestly
For most roles, the same working day. Call before 11am and we can usually have vetted, briefed cover on site for an afternoon or night shift. Larger crews for peak season are best booked two to three weeks ahead.
Every candidate is interviewed by a consultant, with right-to-work verified before they join our books. Where the role requires it we also complete DBS checks, references, qualification and training records — the full compliance file is ready before day one.
Temp workers are charged at a simple all-inclusive hourly rate covering wages, holiday pay, NI and our margin — one invoice, no hidden extras. Permanent placements are a percentage of first-year salary, backed by a rebate guarantee.
Yes. If a permanent placement leaves within the guarantee period, we replace them or refund on a sliding scale — zero-risk hiring, in writing, in our terms.
We're based in Wood Green and work across London and the South East. For multi-site clients we regularly staff sites further afield — just ask.
